These terms govern the sale of digital eSIM profiles for mobile internet on hop-sim.com. By placing an order you accept the terms below.
1. What we sell
HopSim provides access to third-party eSIM data plans (via the Mobimatter aggregator). The product is a digital eSIM profile (QR code and activation data), not a physical SIM card.
2. Payment
Payment is made by bank card via the YooKassa payment service in Russian rubles (RUB). The exact amount charged is shown at checkout before payment. For cards issued outside Russia, currency conversion is performed by your issuing bank.
3. Delivery
After successful payment the eSIM is generated automatically and made available on the order page, and also sent to the email you provided (QR code and manual installation codes). This usually takes a few minutes.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available for an unactivated eSIM subject to the supplying operator’s rules. Activated or partially used plans are non-refundable. Refund requests: support@hop-sim.com.
5. Compatibility
An eSIM works only on eSIM-capable devices that are not carrier-locked. Check your device compatibility before buying. HopSim is not liable for inability to install on an incompatible or locked device.
